Nếu trong wwwroot có file register thì kiểm tra xem đã tạo 1 cái application cho nó trong IIS chưa ?

mình ko hiểu bạn có thể nói rõ hơn dc ko vì minh thử register cua các bản khác cũng ko dc và mình đã tạo nó trong IIS rồi
