Lỗi rõ ràng rồi còn gì nữa. Do kết nối đến server chạy Oracle thất bại. Bạn thử kiểm tra lại các file cấu hình kết nối đến Oracle.

Vậy là do webservice của bạn có vấn đề rồi. Bạn dùng IIS có tích hợp PHP hay Appache ?

em đã chỉnh lại file php.ini theo hướng dẫn.sv của bác zrockman share.cấu hình như navicat mà navicat conec vô tư.bác xem có cách khắc phục không chỉ cho với.em chạy web từ máy trong Lan chứ không phải sv

Bạn xem logs khi start webservice thử xem có lỗi nào không ?
Nếu dùng Apache thì xem ở: C:\AppServ\Apache2.2\logs\error.log
Còn IIS thì lâu quá không dùng nên ko nhớ..
Mình nghĩ chắc do lỗi webservice thôi.

PS: Đúng là vậy rồi. Bạn chưa làm bước này:

-Chép file oci.dll vào thư mục C:\Windows\system32 (C: là ổ cài WIN)

bác xem hộ với em chịu.em chỉ biết 1 chút về asp nhưng giờ quên sạch .mà sao copy file oci rồi,chỉnh php rồi mà vẫn báo lỗi

mà có cái hay nữa là of sv rồi mà đăng ký nó vẫn báo thế chứ kô báo connec fails

Lỗi của bạn do PHP không hiểu các câu lệnh OCI thôi.Bạn cần kiểm tra lại các bước:

• Copy file oci.dll vào C:\Windows\system32\
• Tạo biến môi trường cho thư mục chứa OCI (tải từ link OCI ở bài đầu): bằng cách -> My computer ->properties -> click thẻ Advanced -> Click nút Enviroment Variables -> trong khung User variables.. click chọn PATH -> click nút Edit -> gõ thêm đường dẫn của thư mục vừa giải nén từ file zip down từ link OCI ở bài đầu.
  Ví dụ ở máy mình là :
  

  C:\AppServ\Apache2.2\bin;C:\AppServ\php5;C:\AppSer v\php5\ext;D:\TLBB\Tool\instantclient_11_1
