Mở file scf_connect.ini bằng notepad++ sau đó chọn encoding with utf8 là được

Minh chạy được server rồi nhưng dùng TitanEditor để tạo acc thì không được.
Thêm mới báo thành công rồi nhưng refresh lại không thấy acc vừa tạo đâu cả.

titan editer ko tạo được thì phải do khi tạo nó bị thiếu mấy cái chịu khó reg tay hoặc cài web bạn nhé

của c thiếu chưa config file common.txt và encode nó xong đổi thành common.z copy vào client/data/customs
