Lỗi này là do hệ thống ko thể tự ghi file cache, bạn có thể xem lại xem chmod file đúng hay chưa hoặc giải quyết bằng cách tìm mở file:

includes/libs/Smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_write_file.php

Tìm tới dòng gần của, cái chỗ chmod_ gì gì đó màu đỏ ấy, xoá hẳn dòng ấy đi là hết bị lỗi này.
